先週あたりからちまたを賑わせていた謎のティッシュ、全国のポロ男子といつもポロ・コミュニティを応援してくれている全国各地のショップさん、メーカーさんに送られた模様です。

Japanese girls polo players made that novelty kleenex as a valentines gift to the Japanese polo community. The idea was to imitate a promotional kleenex 'kyaba-kura' (cabaret-club:a lounge bar with sexy waitresses who serve you drinks & entertain you) hands out at major train stations. It's usually in the format pictured above with the portraits of girls with loads of makeup.
Btw, girls give gifts to boys on valentines in Japan.
